Re: Post your most recent purchase

I decided to Lifeproof up. a naked iPhone is a beautiful thing, but it's playing with fire. My new phone is SO MUCH lighter than my 4, and I'm not brave enough to sling this one around like I did my 4.

Also, for the price I don't think you can beat SkullCandy's earbuds. For 15 bucks I got something that sounds the same if not better than 60 dollar earbuds.

Seconded. I have a pair of SkullCandy and a nice pair of Klipsch, and I find myself using the SkullCandy ones much more often.Kansas City Royals | FC Barcelona | New Orleans Pelicans

I'll take SkullCandy over any overpriced headset every time.--

I have a question about the lifeproof case. I've heard its hard to hear people and its hard for them to hear you. Have you noticed this at all?I decided to Lifeproof up. a naked iPhone is a beautiful thing, but it's playing with fire. My new phone is SO MUCH lighter than my 4, and I'm not brave enough to sling this one around like I did my 4.

Depends on what phone you have. They seemed to have improved that on the iPhone 6 and newer ones. I got one for my 6 and haven't had a problem at all, but it was a huge problem with the iPhone 5S ones.Kansas City Royals | FC Barcelona | New Orleans Pelicans

I have the 6 plus. Maybe I will give it a shot. I dropped my phone today and it was ok, but it freaked me out.Comment

Haven't taken a call yet on it, but when I had a lifeproof on my 4 it didn't really effect anything.

Re: Post your most recent purchase

I've have one on my 4s for 2 years now and never had a issue. As much kayak fishing I do, its required from a water protection standpoint. Honestly, I couldn't run a phone without a lifeproof but the big issue to me is they are not worth $100 bucks. The rubber is tearing off around the sides on mine, granted its couple years old but for the price you would expect this not to happen.Comment
