I'm sure it has some kind of value or else these people wouldn't spend a butt load of money developing it and buying the air time, but your not gonna get ripped like the people on TV using it and really don't see any value for any other then older women who are alredy tiny to use it.

This says it's only 2.5 lbs and marketed to women and I read somewhere there is a 5lb version for men.

I don't need it, I tend to do that exercise often anyways. Why spend money when you can do it yourself.

I think this is like the 3rd thread we've had on this topic. I first heard about it on hear some months ago, but it's only in the past week or so that I've actually seen commercials for it on TV.
