Hmm I probably need to try these out. I also can't do normal push-ups for long due to wrist pain/snapping/popping. I'm looking for non equipment-intensive ways to get in better shape at home, so the ol' "pushups and situps" type of routine is appealing to me on a base level, but it always bothers me due to injuries and whatever.

I had these and I loved them. They work great unfortunately mines broke as I got mad one day and threw them.

Ahh push-ups...I don't think I've done a push-up since I was a pledge. Doing thousands of those per week did wonders for the upper body.

I would think the perfect push-up isn't healthy. The twisting motion for your wrists seems un-natural.

I did three sets of those....using the perfect pushup. MURDERRRRRR! Easily worth the $35-$40

It's no danger to your wrists at all. What I like is you really have to focus and use your muscles to stabilize yourself as you perform the motion. For me, this has maximized each rep

I'm sorry mate, that stuff isn't going to do all that much. I hope you're going to the gym while supplementing the perfect push-up in because if you are just doing that every day, you will burn your chest out and it wont grow especially after the first couple weeks of using it. You need to incorporate some military, decline and regular bench in with it while using some type of superset every now and then. You can also mix up the barbell with dumbbells, chains, and cables. But the perfect push-up imo will not do all that much.

I've been lifting for 2 years now and I don't think I would be lifting what I am now if I were just doing body weight workouts because it has been proven that you will only get so far doing body weight workouts.

I've been lifting for 15 years. This is something I use for a change of pace. Like right now...I'm using a boxer-type regimen. No weights, lots of cardio (including shadowboxing which is a great workout) and calisthenics. I change-up my routine about every 4-5 weeks because after 15 years...things can get pretty stale. lol

lol Alright good, because you know what I was saying body weight workouts will not add up to much and a lot of people buy in to this stuff thinking it will magically make them stronger and bigger with half the work. Oh how I wish that was truelol
