1. You have to be around longer than 1 month
2. Posting threads about topics that are against the TOS isn't going to help your chances.
3. Word is you don't contact them, they contact you.

Yes on numbers 1 , 2, and 3. And as far as the preamble....yeah, no. I'm closing this. There is NO way to become a mod. At all, and the people who aspire to it enough to make threads about it, in my view and my view only (not speaking for OS, lets be clear) would not be ideal candidates.
