I worked with some pretty heavy lawyers back in NY. While a lot of 'em were doing dirt, there were a lot of instances when the wife was doing her own dirt. It seemed that eventually it just became a marriage of convenience, staying together for the sake of appearances or for the kids.

I now work in clinical research, and I'd say that a Clinical Research Associate should be on that list. They travel a lot, and even when they are home, they're still doing work-related stuff. My manager even told me that she wouldn't recommend that I take a position like that because I have a family.
