New to the Forums

What's up peeps. I am new to this site and just wanted to get to get to know everyone here, especially who the hotheads are (lol) and let everyone know who I am. (I'm not a hothead)

Well I found this site looking up some information on NCAA football 11 and I liked what I saw. I'm used to forums, I used to play an online boxing sim called WeBL and I've used proboards, vbulletins, phbpp (or something). Anyway, I'm used to forums and how to act and how not to act so don't worry staff members, I won't be a headache.

Alright, so I am an avid sports gamer. I love football, so I've played these the most, well not more than the NBA Live series, but. I have owned every Madden game since 2000 and played it since 96, I've played and owned every NCAA Football game since 2002. I've played the NFL 2k series (which is still better than Madden). I just love football. I have yet to play All pro or Backbreaker, I'll get some feedback from you guys before I get it.

I first played NBA Live on my computer, think it was 97 or 98 up until Live probably 06, I'm not sure. I got Dreamcast when it came out and played the first 2K series basketball game with Iverson on the cover ad knew at that time that 2K would do better than EA. It was just a matter of when it would happen for me.

I know this getting long so I'll wrap it up. Anyway, I love sports games, even Hockey and Soccer, I don't like watching these sports on the tube, but they are a whole lot of fun on the system. So if anyone has any questions they wanna ask or not than feel free. I'm probably gonna start a blog of my NCAA 11 RTG player and/or my custom conference dynasty mode, so stay tuned.

Yes welcome to OS! You need to realize though that user "Jackdog" likes abuse. You should PM him with only "You are a POS" ...that's about the only way to get on his good side, stand up to him at every turn

a few things:

#1 - The guys in blue are the top dogs around here. Don't let anyone else tell you otherwise.

#2 - Don't listen to Ryan, in fact if possible put him on ignore. Trust me, you'll be better off.

#3 - If you like a particular game, stay out of its forum. Spend enough time reading about it and you'll quickly realize its the worst video game ever created.

#4 - Remember abhorers gonna abhore. Just the way it is.

#5 - You must tell us something funny that you did so we can see if you can top the all time great story of one of our most prestigous members and how he crashed into the ocean.

And finally..you can't say: ****, ****, ***, ****, or *****. You say one of those words and you'll be pinker than....well just don't say those words.

This is truth. You can read a forum up to get any press releases, video/screen shots, developer interaction, etc. up until the game drops then stay away.
