I have a question for the guys that do this, where do you keep your toothbrush?

I have a shower/bath in my bathroom and there's a rack that hangs over the flange for the shower head. It's got places for shampoo, soap and/or body wash, and a hole to stick ya toothbrush in. I thought everyone was using these things by now ? lol..



And for those talking about hot water. I usually turn the water down a tad bit and it's not hot or cold. I don't see the big deal.. you wash worse stuff off your' body then what comes out when you spit. However, If you piss in the shower, that's just gross...

Only when my wife is hogging the sink and I just want to go to bed, but then I'm just using to spit and rinse my brush. While taking a shower, absolutely not. However AUChase, my wife does when in a hurry or when showering before bed.

I do when im running late, saves time. I keep the toothbrush on the counter in the bathroom, put some paste on it and take a shower

How long does it take for you to brush your teeth? You're talking about it like it's a twelve minute process.

Hot shower water is disgusting, lead and all. Plus, where would I spit? On the ground which I stand in the stall?

I do, but only in the morning.

I keep my toothbrush by the bathroom sink and put toothpaste on it right before I jump in the shower. There is a little holder on my shower caddy that I use while showering then when I'm out I put it back so that I can brush them at night at the sink.

Done it for years.

Ditto. I started doing it more recently. I know brushing your teeth doesn't take long but I feel like it saves me time in the morning brushing in the shower.

My "time-saver" is brushing my teeth immediately after turning on the shower, so while the water is warming up I'm brushing my teeth. Generally finish around the time the water is comfortable.

it takes too long when im running late. If I have time, like before I go to sleep I brush them in the bathroom sink, but if I am running late in the morning I am like running around the bathroom buck naked Ill start the shower, throw some toothpaste on my brush and jump in.

I have a removable shower head and its kind of cool, i rinse my mouth out with it. I dont mind the warm water..

In the morning I do, at night I don't since I don't shower before bed. I have a caddy at the back of the shower, on the opposite end from the showerhead, where I keep my toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash.

I don't brush my teeth nor shave in the shower. I pee there, it's not clean enough for brushing my teeth...

I don't eat breakfast until I get to work so I just keep a toothbrush at work and brush them after I eat.

Don't get me wrong, I'll spit right over the drain... but I'm not about to hock up a mouthful of it, toothpaste and all. And that was a "plus" to my other reasons. Where am I going to put my toothbrush? I'm not going to let it hang somewhere and get plastered by a bunch of shower steam in the stall. What is three minutes out of your day doing it outside of the shower? That's my question.
