Plans for Halloween Weekend?

Anybody doing anything fun?!

I remember way back when I was in college (3 years ago), this used to be my favorite holiday. Everyone dresses up, tons of hot chicks dress even sluttier, and everyone gets drunk. Our house always had great Halloween parties.

Flash forward now, this weekend is going to be DYNAMITE. To save money for the wedding, my fiancee and I aren't doing much of anything. We'll probably clean out the spare bedroom, see a movie, and head to my parents Sunday night for dinner and to host the trick-or-treaters. Sprinkle in a little Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare and college football.

Slightly different than how it was a few years ago . What are everyone else's plans?

Basically this. And since so many people come to athens and they only have one entrance open for the dorms(which results in long lines from what I've been told), I'll probably be crashing at my brothers the whole weekend. I just need to get my costume picked out though, I'm too much of a procrastinator again.

Handing out candy to the kids, and watching Halloween related programming. Other than that, I work Saturday, and until 3pm on Sunday.

I'm going to a halloween party with some work friends. Honestly I would rather watch college football or play Fallout.

Trick or treating is saturday in my little village...going to the my spicy lady freinds house to hand out candy/watch football...and then to catch the later part of my freinds birthday party

My girlfriend and I are going Friday to see Paranormal Activity 2, then some drinking, then going to a Haunted Trail tour, then drink some more and watch scary movies until about 5am. Then Saturday we're going to watch the Buckeyes at a sports bar, then go to a Halloween concert/party afterwards, go home and watch scary movies until about 5am again.

I'd like to do something Saturday night for a few minutes.

Sunday I'm getting $135 cash to drive around a neighborhood to make sure the little kids don't get abducted. 5pm-10pm

Handing out candy to the kiddies, and watching the Evil Dead Trilogy as I do every year.

Just picked up Midnight Meat Train, probably will watch that too.

My friend's Halloween Party was canceled so I'll be home chilling drinking JD watching The Exorcist, Halloween(the original), and Nightmare on Elm Street(new one)

I hated the new Nightmare on Elm Street...just awful IMO! But to each his own, your other choices are ones I'll be watching. My lineup includes: The Exorcist, Halloween (original), Sixth Sense, The Crow and The Shining.

Well, I'm not so much a fan of Halloween anymore...mainly because it's my birthday, so I generally just chill with some friends and family. Probably go out to eat on Saturday at Buffalo Wild Wings or something(BWW is my favorite).

Other than that, pretty typical weekend for me.

My wife and a couple of our friends are going to a Halloween party at a bar in the Flats. Somebody that I went to college with rents it out and there are always good costumes. Last year's highlights were the Cleveland Indians Hot Dog Racers and a couple of guys who were Swayze and Farley as Chippendales from SNL. We're going as "The Breakfast Club". I'm Bender.

I'm having a party over my house for the MSU vs. Iowa game. Game starts at 3:30 so I'll try not to be sauced by the time the trick or treaters come by. I think I will have to make a quick stumble through the neighborhood with my daughter who will be dressed as a butterfly this year. In my neighborhood though the parents trick or treat for beers. Most of the mom's dress up like naughty witches so it gets interesting. Then my wife will start screaming at me for something or other and me and the guys will head back down and watch the late game.
