Well I have never took a trip to far, maybe Vermont was the furthest I ever driven, that was until lastnigt, I drove to my sister inlays house in VA, man was it a long drive.

I left at 8pm and Got to my destination at 4:30am, boy was it a trip.

Anyone else drive to another place this year.

      Re: Thanksgiving plans.

Thursday I'll be at the fiance's parents house. Saturday we are driving down to my parent's house. Thursday will be awesome because fiance's mom is an amazing cook. Last year's Thanksgiving was the best meal ever.

Saturday will be awesome because my dad is deep frying the turkey and I get to watch Michigan/OSU with my older brother.

I have to work Friday so me and my wife aren't going home to Ohio this year so were going to her co-workers house for Thanksgiving dinner. Other then that it will be football, Call of Duty, and a little bit of drinking.

I got a cousin that's NYPD, tried hard to get me in when I got back from the Army. NO THANKS. I'm not good at all dealing with the general public. If you have patience and doing it right I take my hat off to you man and give much respect.

As for myself I'm sitting here drinking some Hennessy Pure White and smoking a cuban. (All products I got from a recent Caribbean trip Waiting for wife to finish this Thanksgiving dinner. I messed up and didn't take some things out to thaw when I was supposed to. LOL. Don't worry , I blamed it on you guys.

We were supposed to spend this Thanksgiving in my wife's home town this year, which is about 65 miles from our house. Unfortunately (fortunately?) the weather and roads are bad so we've decided to stay home. Instead, we're going to eat a quick meal at her sister's house with her mom and husband.

I just want to get back home and watch some football. I love Thanksgiving but the weather has made things tough this year.

Don't know how I forgot that. The beer. We got sleet over here messing up the roads but it isn't really bad. Man I still ain't get no grub. Stuff smelling all good and I'm starving.

EDIT: Finally got my grub. Went down well just as the Cowboys took that L. Man I want another plate but can't be greedy. Let this plate go down first.

Back in 04 my family rented a house in Corolla Beach NC for the week. It was was my mom, myself, my grandma, my moms 2 sisters, their husbands and my 6 cousins for a total of 13 of us. My sister had to work and couldn't come, but it was a great week. This year we just went to my aunt and uncles house about 30 minutes away. Good food, miserable weather. Has been raining pretty much all day.
