Well honestly that is the norm........most men date women 3 to 4 years younger then them. I how ever was the complete opposite, I was always into older women, my wife is 15 years older then me.

But out of my married male friends and cousins, all of their wives are 3 to 5 years younger then them. One of my best friends got married last november and his wife is 4 years younger.

All my neighors, their wives are a few years younger then them. Most men just prefer younger because they are easier to control because they don't know anything and more likely to believe what ever you say.

Men who can legally go to a bar dating someone below the age of 18 isn't normal in my book.

I disagree. I think it's due to females being a few years ahead of us in the maturity category.

At 24, I want some stability. I don't want to get married in the next 2 years, but I do want stability and I'm committed to the current girl in my life.

At 21, I wanted the hottest girl I knew. I didn't want a girlfriend. I wanted to date for a couple months then move on to the next one.



At 24, a female wants a ring.

At 21, a female wants a boyfriend.

At 18, a female wants to date around and see what's out there.

Eh, I don't think it's as big a deal as people make it seem. I mean, if someone's 40 and someone's 36, its no big deal.

But in the former situation you're talking about an adult and a minor while in the latter it's 2 adults so they're actually quite different.

Sorry, I didn't mean that to sound like I thought it was wrong. I meant I don't normally see a 21-year-old dating a 17-year-old. Thinking about it, I'm not sure I've ever known anyone who has been in that kind of a relationship. That's what I meant by not normal.

What if dude didn't know she was 17 when he 1st started hanging out with her ? Not everybody looks their age or act their age.

Now if he purposely patrols the minor pool instead of the adult pool now that is something different. Might be the sign he has a problem and needs to seek some help.

He knew...his mom and her mom are friends. I don't think he needs help...it's more funny than anything, but I do think he should go for girls more in our age range.
