    Giggas you dick.
Our definition of that word could be different here in the UK, usually that someone is a complete and utter idiot.

I always find it interesting how we speak the same language but the words we use can mean completely different things.

One of your words for cigarette is also another example. You guys also have all sorts of slang that would confuse the hell out of us too.

So if there is a man out there named (insert profane word here), his name should be allowed by the censors? It wasn't even capitalized. I would think that would be an easy way to distinguish the two from each other.

                Whatever.

Like Fanny? I heard a British lady in class tell me she was quite offended when a roller coaster operator told her to make sure her "Fanny was strapped in tight"

Well, Dick was used for a name way before it became an insult so there's that. I think Dick is the only real exception anyway, really it's not worth censoring even if it wasn't a name if you ask me.

The F word? And not the commonly used one.. rhymes with.. tag. And yes, there is a lot of slang used here. Unfortunately the minority of people in the United Kingdom (Mainly under 30 years of age) dress like this....

They make up words that no one has heard before and don't actually have any meaning, they have the worst taste in music imaginable, and are generally annoying. What do we call these people? Chavs..

A Chav is a stereotype of certain young people in the United Kingdom. "Chavs" are said to be aggressive teenagers, of white working class background, who repeatedly engage in anti-social behaviour such as street drinking, drug abuse and rowdiness, or other forms of juvenile delinquency.
Not all of them are teenagers though. The United Kingdom isn't very united at all. If you don't dress like a chav or listen to their music, they judge you or even go as far as beating the crap out of you. Oh.. and anyone who speaks proper english is an idiot to them.
