            My problem isn't the speed, it's all the downtime. Plus the fact that I go through modems like crazy. Looking at an older receipt, I'm on my eighth modem since 2007. And that's assuming I didn't forget any along the way, which is entirely possible.

                                From my laptop thats wireless so my gaming PC would be higher in numbers. I know downloads are 21+ mb/s, not sure how high uploads are when I'm not running wireless

                                            Upload has always sucked, but I don't do a whole lot of file uploading and it never seems to interfere with either PC or PS3 gaming.

                                                If I put something on EBay to sell, and the auction time closes, am I obligated to sell it to that buyer for that price?

                                                I've got some tickets that I want to sell for a concert next week but if I only make 50 bucks on it (hoping to make around 150) then I'd rather just sell it to a couple of people I know who would be interested.

                                                            I am more disappoint and it's time to consider AT&T cause these prices for cable and internet are killing me.
                                                            I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!
