      Not very popular here in CA, but this is similar to a dish I do on one of my Chefs table menus.

      Smoked Gouda Grits with Shrimp.

            Haha Thanks, I actually work at a hospital in Central Ca. We do alot of outside catering though so I get to work with more variety in my menus than just our cafe and patient service.

              So then my plan should be to go to Central California, and break my leg? I think that might be worth the shrimp gouda grits. Plus I'd get some time off of work! Win-win-win.
