Man, talk about a good workout at the gym. I'm exhausted, but love it..

Today was my Chest day, but I always work traps, abs, and get my dailey 5k on the bike on top of what I'm working out for that day.

I set myself up a 4 day plan, with Friday as a free day.

Monday - Arms
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Back and Shoulders.
Friday - Free Day

and I don't work out on Saturday or Sunday, usually.

I always end up going on Friday, but I use it just in case something comes up and I have to miss a day during the week. I can just make up whatever I missed on that day.

Just fired up the NCAA demo download and I'm up to 43%.. I'm excited.

Mainly because after playing 1st EVERY YEAR I'VE EVER PLAYED BASEBALL, this year I got moved to Right because the coaches sons best friend said he wanted to be at 1st.

Mainly because after playing 1st EVERY YEAR I'VE EVER PLAYED BASEBALL, this year I got moved to Right because the coaches sons best friend said he wanted to be at 1st.

I understand that. Played 3rd all my life up until freshman year, where I got moved to OF.


After that, I traded baseball for football full time

I remember being awful at baseball, I couldn't catch worth crap, my throwing accuracy was shoddy, but one year I some how ended up playing 3rd base, and another year was a catcher, which i found Ironic given my inability to, y'know, catch.

I was a perennial outfielder to say the least.

Anyway, wtf is up with the cupcake trend? I swear Tuscaloosa has about 8 different cupcake joints now, all have opened up in the last 2 years. I guess now that the Krispy Kreme(we have/had 1 doughnut shop in a town of 140,000 people..seriously) has been demolished by the tornado it serves a purpose, but once that bitch is re-built, the cupcake places need to gtfo.

I don't think this trend is just happening in Tuscaloosa. I've noticed cupcake spots popping up all over the place. That and every video hoe that I follow on twitter owns a cupcake business too.

I played baseball in elementary and early on in middle school, but later ditched it for football and basketball. The last time I played baseball, was a few months ago. We do a bi-annual softball game at work, just for fun and I usually play.


One of my buddies from work used to play for Southern Miss. His name is Antwon Courington. He's been mentioning a semi-pro league they are trying to start here. If I could get back in good shape quick enough, I'd like to check into it and at least try out. I may not make it, but I'd give it a go...

I vaguely remember Tyson, and I was born in '89. Again, my Dad and my uncles watched a lot of boxing and I watched with them. I don't remember most of it, but I do remember some of the fights.

I remember him for some of his less-glorious moments, such as biting off part of Holyfield's ear. He was a nightmare for most of his opponents. I hated to see him go down the way he did, losing most of his money, but it was his own stupidity that caused it.

As far as I know, he's doing a lot better for himself now, financially. If anything, those years of boxing should have got him a lot of good hook ups and he shouldn't have to worry about not having money.
