 Re: Off Topic 2011

Between 16-19 I was drinking at least one a day and sometimes two. I drank Boo-Koo and Monster. They were usually the 3x too. From then til now (21) I drink maybe one or two a week. I love the original Monster and the ones with the yellow writing. I absolutely love the taste of monster. I can drink a red bull but I'm not a big fan. The problem I used to have was everyone I worked with drank them and people bought them for me all the time so I got hooked on them. I really just loved the taste. Now,I limit myself to one or two a week because i know the effects they have on the body.Comment

 1. Never was into the energy drink thing.

 2. Post college > college > military life > high school

If you not having fun in college in your upper years, then you need to look in the mirror, look at your friends, your attitude and how you treat people.

Something isn't right if you are miserable as a upper classman in college.Comment

 Re: Off Topic 2011

My life has gotten better year by year. I think if it's not, you gotta look at your situation and start thinking about making changes. I know that I was starting to get unhappy with work (what? no way, that's a huge shocker) earlier this year, and I started looking around for other opportunities. Work got better, so I'm sticking around. Life is good.Rose City 'Til I Die

Way too much. Most work days I find myself drinking one or two Rockstars or Five Hour Energy's. Even on days off I sometimes have a Five Hour Energy. My heart is going to explode if I don't start sleeping properly.Co-Commish of the OS Vets I & II

Never and the same thing with coffee. Occasionally I'll drink a soda if I need caffeine, but more often that not I either just don't need it to stay awake or I suck it up and deal with tiredness or lack of energy to get through the day.Patriots

 Re: Off Topic 2011

Went to Best Buy to buy a new pair of in-ear headphones. Was going to look for a good, but relatively cheap, pair...but they have the Bose in-ear headphones on display in the aisle. I've had these once before and they are probably my favorite headphones of all time, so I figured it was a sign. Bought them.

Then, as I'm walking to the register, they have the LOTR Blu Ray extender's collection on display. I need more Blu Rays and I don't have the extended editions on DVD....so I buy it.

I would totally get that Blu Ray set if I didn't already have all 3 extended edition DVDs. But the thought of watching those movies on Blu Ray just seems too good to pass up.Went to Best Buy to buy a new pair of in-ear headphones. Do they make ear buds that are wireless ?

I've been trying to find a good alternative, in case I have to work some Saturdays during football season.

Last year, I watched games on the computers at work, but I get the feeling they may crack down on that a little bit.Comment

 Re: Off Topic 2011

Best Buy does a very good job at product placement. I am so glad they don't have one in my state, I spent way too much money there when I lived in the midwest. I would walk in to get one thing but by the time I left the store, end up buying 4 or 5 other things as well just by walking to the register.Comment
