I hated doing bear crawls.

Omg those sucked, did those for punishment and stuff one year. Got better after a big.

Last 2 years of HS they switched it to crab crawls, 1st practice/workout missed was just 100 yds crab crawls then after every missed one they added another 100 plus using a 45lb weight

As someone that hates going to the gym...I ordered a Kinect today to use as my workout machine until I get in decent enough shape to not be one of those out-of-shape embarrassing newbies at the gym.
