We played that back in middle school. We called it hand ball though and it was probably one of the most fun games I have ever played. It got really competitive.

EDIT: Never mind. Watching it on ESPN3 now and it's not what I thought it was. We played a game with a ball, you couldn't move with it, but you had to make your way down court and throw it into a miniature soccer net that was guarded by a goalie. Also, if the ball hit the ground, the team that passed it lost possession even if the other team knocked it down. Was a really fun game.
