...but yes, I think we've lost a good poster for OS. Across more than just the Madden forum. It's bittersweet at a personal level. But good for him , just the same

I'm sure someone will ask him if he'll still post as regularly as he does once it's inevitably brought up in the Madden forums. He'll say things will still mostly be the same, but then a month later he'll disappear into that colorful pit of balls at EA.

And yes, that last sentence is true. EA does have a colorful pit of balls in their building.

The Amazon app makes it really easy for you to spend a lot of money without realizing it. I just spent $85 in about 30 seconds and I've spent a few hundred dollars over the past couple of days. I have enough cardboard boxes to build a castle.

Holy ****! WTG Adem! How did he get hired? Plz tell me there was a lengthy interviewing process and he wasn't just chosen for his OS insight (although to be honest I've always enjoyed his posts).

I don't think it was just for his OS insight. I know he's actually been to the Tiburon studios for Community Days so I'm sure there was some type of interviewing process.

Regardless, this keeps me hopeful for the future of Madden.

We also didn't drink until we were juniors...now for some reason kids are starting earlier.

When I was growing up, kids started drinking in the 7th grade. But then again on the West Side of Chicago, alcohol was always easy to come by, along with anything else you wanted. Stores didn't enforce the law at all on that side of town.

Also remember a good number of 8th grade girls when I was in 8th grade looked like they were 19 and 20. And when I was a freshman in high school, some of my guy friends were already over 6ft tall, full beard and had a deep voice that most women thought they were in their early 20s.

Thanks, I was never formally introduced or anything, so I just go with screen name. It's just impressive to me that an active member of our community was hired to be a dev in some capacity.
