Guess nobody really knows how to treat ulcers, I sure don't. The only thing I know is that bananas are supposed to be good to settle your stomach. Also, when I was having stomach problems a few years back (turned out to be from the Centrum vitamins I was taking, but that's another story), I ttook pepto bismol caplets and they worked good.

A step further, maybe the BRAT diet would help...

SERIOUS QUESTION

The misses has what seems like an ulcer in her stomach and she's in some serious pain. She's been prescribed Vimovo to offset the acids in her stomach and some kind of medicine to help the naseua but otherwise...IDK what to do to help her.

Any suggestions/experiences?

Just try to keep her as stress free as possible. Whatever you can do to do that, even if it's just what Bum said, will help. Stress doesn't cause Ulcers but it can aggravate them and make them worse. Also no spicy food or caffeine.

I will miss you, winter break. The 500 page guide to birds I got in the mail for Biology makes me think I'll miss winter break more than I can even imagine.

Yep. Had almost a month off.

My sister goes to a university (I go to a tech college) and she has off until February 1st, I believe.

Unrelated: My birthday's in February, it's been that way for nearly 22 years now, you would think I wouldn't have to spell check it anymore, but I still spell it wrong every time.

I know the whole Tiger Woods situation was, you know, bad and all, but I'm watching Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew right now (nothing is on), and all I keep thinking is "Well done, Tiger" when I see Rachel Uchitel.
