If you feel like you're ready for a house go for it. Just remember that once you sign the papers, it's yours. And everything else that goes with it. Ideally, you'll want to put down plenty of money on it so that if something does come up career-wise, you'll have plenty of room to work with if you want to sell and move out of the area.

Hey it is not what it look like on the outside of the house that matters, it is what you do to it, that matters. You don't need a cream of the crop house....You just need something that you can call home.

Yeah, I was thinking of going to a local bank and seeing how much I would apply for to see what my range would be as far as monthly mortgage payments and house price. It would be nice if this day-dream could turn into a reality because the prospect of having my own place and being able to do whatever the hell I want to with is is the biggest attraction (well aside from living by myself).

Hey GIGGAS I don't really care about your interview... I want to know if you got to enjoy any of the great restaurants they have there. And don't tell me Quiznos, or Taco Bell.

I ate lunch at Cuoco during the interview. I had a simple marinara pasta dish with meatballs that was delicious. I had crumpets at... I don't remember the name of the place, but it was tiny, and had a lot of people at it. They had organic peanut butter, and it was delicious. It also looked like I was a dog that talking all day, since the PB by itself was gluing my mouth shut. I had breakfast at the Sports Cafe at the WAC, pretty decent. I also had tamales at a mexican grocery right across the street from Pike's Market (where we also had fresh donuts that were GLORIOUS).

I didn't have any mass-produced food until I got to the airport and I needed something fast to shove down my gullet before I got on the plane to Dulles.

Fantastic!! I have Cuoco noted as one of the places we're going to check out while we're up there. I've heard the Lamb Raviolis are incredible.

That's why I like renting, well not that I really have a choice, but if something breaks I call the landlord and they take care of it. Although, unfortunately I have a ditzy daddy's girl for a landlord that doesn't really care if things get fixed or not.

Worst part of my private high school experience, all my friends are rich *******s so when I hang with them I end up in debt everytime. Trust fund babies smh.
