I don't remember paying anything for my passport, let alone $100+.

I went to AAA, got my picture taken, took said picture to the post office, got passport few weeks later.

Hm - I must've paid something, at some point, since it seems like they cost right around there here in MA....but I literally do not remember any of it.

Hold on, the passport is federal issued, why would it be different from state to state?

There was a news report just a few minutes ago talking about how there were dozens of murders in the last few days here in Det, but there wasn't a single murder in the last two years over in Windsor. I'm thinking I should jump the river.

From the five seconds of googling I spent on it, there seemed to be different fees depending on the state for pictures and speed of processing, but I might've read it wrong because I didn't really care so I wasn't paying much attention.

Seems like $110 + $25 fee is a standard rate for the Passport booklet.

That reminds me. I need to go get my passport card. Haven't gotten around to it since that law passed.

There was talk about Minnesota cutting a deal with the Feds where it could be built in to our drivers license for a fee. That would be ideal.

I was thinking of doing the same... Well, actually, an Enhanced driver's license, which acts the same as a passport card... Does your state do the same?

                    Haha, you're too fast.

Damn, Michigan does that already, huh? Maybe they did end up doing that here too. I'll have to check.

                      THATS NOT WHAT SHE SAID!!1!!

The program here started in '09... I heard about an interview process as part of the application but I think I may be mistaking it for the border crossing speed pass thing.

Edit: And yup, I did mistake it for the Nexus pass. No interview needed for the enhanced license.

Is this sentence grammatically correct? If not, how could I make it correct?

Also, I tend to put it off starting it as much as I can; sometimes I wait until a week before it’s due to start reading, or I’ll wait until late at night to start.
