I asked a chick I was talking to last month if she wanted to go to the Orange County Fair, and she asked me what a fair was?! How is it possible for someone to be intelligent, articulate, and attending UCLA to not know what a fair is? How is it possible for ANYONE to not know what a fair was? Even if you've never been to one, have you like, never seen any movies or TV shows or hell, even random NEWS reports from fairs? What?!

        Un-believable.

Purrrrty much. I mean, hell, half of the groomsmen were doing their best moon-walk dances all around us throughout the song. Even knowing what I know about this girl, which isn't too much since we only hung out twice, I have no idea how she didn't know who sang Billie Jean. It's like I can think of reasons, but then I realize that something she told me cancels that reason out and leaves me with literally no acceptable, reasonable explanation for how that is possible. ****, she knew who the hell was singing that ****ty Bryan Adams song. Unless, of course, she pulled a Forever Young, which might explain her immaturity towards honesty and openness.

The only thing that is comparable to that is the time my ex-girlfriend didn't know who James Brown was when he died. That I can understand moreso than not knowing who the King of Pop is, however.

Is it possible she thought it was a cover song and was asking who did the remake?

Nope. She said she had heard it before but couldn't remember who was singing it.

This is what one of my friends told me:
That's when you find an excuse to excuse yourself. Any girl who is that dumb when it comes to music, isn't worth talking to or being around.lol

I have certain standards, and I most certainly would lose interest in/break up with a chick over something as "petty" as that. Not necessarily because of that, but because it reflects a bigger problem.

Not knowing that Michael Jackson, arguably the most famous musician of all-time, made that song is simply inexcusable.

Wow. I don't see why everyone is getting so bent out of shape because a girl doesn't remember who sang Billie Jean. Why is that such a big deal? What bigger problem does this reflect? What am I missing here?

All 12 of the mosquito bites on my legs I apparently got yesterday at the driving range just started itching all at once. Why suddenly now?

If I lost interest/broke up with a girl because they didn't know something like that, I'd start to think I was the one with the problem

                            Agreed.

On another note, the California pitcher just tripped a Montana runner who bunted. It was pretty obvious that it was on purpose. Kid should've been ejected, it was ugly.
