This is freaking insane...my friends' apartment has about a foot of water in their basement and the water has risen up to their parking lot. My one friend's car stalled on the road near there, so there's a good chance it's going to be flooded or washed away...he lost his phone during the whole process too. There's no way out...luckily we all parked up the road so we just climbed up a hill and got to our cars. Most of the streets are covered in rocks that got washed up so it's damn near impossible to drive around. The messed up part is that the river hasn't even crested yet...I'm very fortunate to live in the highest part of town and feel terrible for the people that aren't so lucky. They're saying at least 25% of Bloomsburg will be flooded by tomorrow. Here's a video some dude took earlier today:

As much as you suck at the college pick em game, i would probably advise you to not do this.....lol. Just lookin out.

I did so-so in the college pick-em last year though IIRC.

I will probably do this week and see what happens though.

Allow me to explain the situation...

We have been best friends for 11+ years. She knows everything there is too know about me. She knows I've cheated on everyone I've been with. She knows all the terrible things I did throughout High School and College. The horrible things I've done to people in the past.

But she has stuck by me throughout all of it. I've always wanted to pursue something with her but , was always scared to hurt her. I knew if I dated her before I'd end up doing something to ruin the situation.

My daughter and her have an amazing relationship. Believe it or not my daughters mother and her have a nice relationship.

She is everything I normally don't go for. She teaches 1st grade and does it because she loves it. She isn't all about money or statues.

My friends keep telling me I'm going to go back to my old ways and mess up the situation.

I'm going to go for it regardless. I really do love the girl to death. Shes everything a guy wants in a woman. Guess I just needed to get these things out in an open forum.

Tough call either way man.

On one hand you may have had the woman of your dreams at your fingertips this whole time and never did anything or on the other hand you could destroy a great friendship (especially if you can't keep it in your pants).

I'm no Doctor Phil but I guess my advice would be to look closely at your motives as to why you are suddenly willing to explore the possibility of a serious relationship with this woman. As long as you are not doing it because no other options are available then obviously don't do it but if you legitimately think there's a chance this could be 'it' then you'd be crazy not to give it a go imo.

Or if you two are that close as friends, try and incorporate a "friends with benefits" thing. Doesn't have to mean anything, just have some "fun" since you are obviously attracted to her.

Just do not get caught up in the moments.

Reasons I Thought Of OS Today:

They were doing a NFL Team Draft on The Scott Van Pelt Show, basically taking teams in order of how good you think they're going to be.

Jacksonville was taken with the 31st pick, ahead of Carolina.

I know that means nothing, and they'll likely be better than that this year, but I still lol'd.

I'm not saying we're going to be amazing, but 31st in the NFL? Bull.
