Anyone one here watched the Soprano when it was big?

I ask cause im sitting in the dining hall and its randomly on tv and Im trying to peice together what the hell is going on. I have never gotten into the show but this episode has me curious.

Tony was super depressed, then his mom came over for dinner and ruined his night, he randomly sees a hot italian woman, he randomly goes to get some orange juice, then procceds to almost get whacked by some black dudes, then it cuts to his mother and random grandpa guy sweating bullets cause they were th eones who put the hit out on him, then the hot italian chick is no longer a real person, hes seeing things, hes randomly having an affair with his psychiatrist, and his son is dating a girl twice his height....Im so confused

Why the hell did his mom want to kill him??? Thats cold as **** man.

Things I hate about IGN:
When they have a countdown like the Top 25 Comedies of All-Time that I'm reading now, they put the list on 25 separate pages. So stupid. Put like 5 of them on a page.

But then they won't get 25 page visits derp!

I agree. It's ****ing stupid.

At first I thought you were going to say when they have those lists and they are completely awful at ranking things. That's how I feel half the time. But I'm with both of you on this. Especially when you get an ad every three pages.

Yeah that is why I said it is a case by case basis. Because I know some diabetics who can drink the same amount they always have and then I know some like my dad who can't even have 1 beer anymore.

So make sure you get a good doctor and visit him like every other month or so. Not like it is the end of the world, the hardest thing would be changing your diet and sticking to it. But after a while you will get use to it.

This is very important. Gotta make sure you keep up with it. You could think you are doing well with managing your sugar, but really aren't. And if you aren't going to the doctor frequently, you won't know

Sometimes I hate being in the military. One of those reasons is the amount of immunizaitions they give you. This is the 3rd straight week I've recieved more then 1 shot. I don't mind needles I just hate all these immunizations being put into my body, over and over again.

Basically Tony is losing his mind from all the things he did in the past. He cheated on his wife on a regular basis with damn near every woman he came across.

His son is a royal screw up that was a mama's boy when he was little, Tony tried to make him more manly but that didn't work and his son eventually became a drug addict, got cleaned up, went to college and used his father's name to pic up mad groups of chicks and get into clubs under age.

Tony's mom ia a big nut job who back stabs everybody she comes across, she is paranoid and thinks it is still the 1950s and 1960s. Tony's Uncle has lost his mind and is still trying to hold on to power even though he can't even remember his own name most of the time.

Rival mob families see this and therefore now the family is in disarray and attempts to take over their territory REPEATEDLY. During the last season it turns into full scale war with Tony's family on the losing end of it.

Well fellas, as of (hopefully) tomorrow, i'll be a father for the second time. My wife is scheduled to be induced in the morning. Already have a boy (Alex, 3), and this time we're having a girl (Madison). We're both excited and nervous at the same time. Hopefully my boy takes well to it, but he's really excited to be a big brother, so I think he'll be fine.

My wife's gonna have to be a trooper, as I work overnights, so she'll be here alone during the night with both of them. I feel awful about it, but she knew it would be like this before we started trying, so she's game. I'm the lucky one. She'll be taking them to daycare (she also works there) after I get home, i'll sleep all day, then wake up when they get home. I won't be losing sleep, but i'll have to listen to her every time she does

I'll be off OS likely for a few days starting tomorrow, so wish us luck!

I see. This seems like it was an **** show. I did see the finale though since it was so hyped up back then and all the fans were pissed off about it. I would be too. But damn I wish I could power through the series now but I have no means of television or computer entertainment until may...or when I actually fix my computer.

Anyone here have diabetes? We're pretty sure I might have developed it, but I won't get the tests done until Friday or next week, at the earliest, depending on if the snow storm is bad on Friday.

Was just wondering if anyone had any experience with it.

That sucks man hope it comes out negative. My mom has it, I think my grandma might have it not sure, but I know my great grandpa has it pretty bad in his old age right now. It sucks when my mom found it got a lot worse for her, entire diet changed, insulin,etc.

I remember once I passed out after football practice ended because of like not enough sugar or something I don't really remember what the Dr. said, but they were worried that I might have had diabetes or might in the future.
