I knew that would irk people haha. That's why CFB is my number one sport, every game really matters. The NBA season is too long, College basketball is too long, and I'd say the NFL is great where it's at.

I'm not knocking college football. It's 1b to baseball's 1a for me. But to think that every game in CFB matters is just ridiculous.

Because for every MLB game that actually means something, there's 10 more that don't.

I'm not knocking college football. It's 1b to baseball's 1a for me. But to think that every game in CFB matters is just ridiculous.

I'm not talking about when Middle Tennessee plays Memphis. I'll admit that's about as meaningless as it gets(unless your a fan). But when legitimate contenders play, then it's all or nothing I guess. It's that excitement I enjoy, it makes wins so much sweeter, and losses so much worse.

Comments like these are silly to me. The reason the SEC is so good is because it's been built up that way. I really don't think the SEC is near as good as people make it out, but the hype is there and everyone thinks the SEC has the best 5 teams in the nation even though it's the conference with the most undefeated teams this decade. It may produce the best team nearly every year, but I don't think through and through it is as tough as most people make it out to be.

Any SEC team plays FSU, GT, VT, UNC, and Miami in one year and they probably don't go 12-0. They play Mizzou, OU, UT, Baylor, OkSt, A&M and they probably don't go 12-0.
