I don't mind cold weather but "so cold that you can't feel your nuts" weather is too much. At least last winter was very mild though i've heard that it's gonna be a real cold one this year.

 Re: Off Topic 2011

Here are the words I'd use to describe (daytime) temperatures:

 93+ = "hot"
 78-92 = "warm"
 70-78 = "neutral"
 60-69 = "fair"
 53-59 = "ideal"
 49-53 = "crisp"
 40-48 = "chilly"
 40 and below = "cold"

Bear in mind that I live in LA. Have experience living in a more traditional "four seasons" Fresno, though. That's just being unbiased. I hate anything over 70 or 72.Comment

 95+ = "hot"
 85-94 = "warm"
 70-84 = "ideal"
 50-69 = "crisp"
 40-49 = "chilly"
 40 and below = "cold"

Grew up in Charlotte but I've lived in Denver the last 2 and a half years. Hot and cold here just isn't the same as Charlotte. The extremes just don't seem as bad to me here. 100 is pretty bearable, as is low 20s.

I guess because the air is drierComment

I would classify anything over like 85 as "hot", but I've lived my whole life in Wisconsin, so that's probably regional.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn

Here in Pittsburgh, I'd knock an average of about 10-20 degrees off of that.95+ = "hot"
 85-94 = "warm"
 70-84 = "ideal"
 50-69 = "crisp"
 40-49 = "chilly"

 For me.

 85+ = "hot"
 75-84 = "slightly less hot"
 70-74 = "warm"
 50-69 = "perfect"
 25-49 = "little less perfect"
 24 and below = "cold"

 Re: Off Topic 2011

Just watched the new Captain American movie for second time and something I though funny was:

Basically he is just some skinny, sickly (albeit patriotic) kid and they basically just pump him full of steroids and that's it; instant superhero. I mean he doesn't even lift or train hard or anything and just get injected with drugs then becomes a hero. Kinda funny when other steroid users like Barry Bonds or Mark McGuire are hated on yet Captain America gets a free ride? Comment

That reminds me that I have to watch Captain America and Thor soon

 Anyway, for me:
 80+ = death
 70-79 = hot
 60-69 = warm
50-59 = not hot or cold
 40-49 = crisp
 30-39 = chilly
 29 and below = cold

 Re: Off Topic 2011

I'm wierd when it comes to temp.. I like it hot and I like it cold. One thing I don't like is the humidity when it's about 80% or higher. It could be 75 degress and if the humidity is near 100% it feels like death to me.Battle.net: xXKING08Xx

I hate, HATE high humidity. Summers around here wouldn't be too awful if the humidity wasn't high.EXPERIENCE MAYHEM FOOTBALLComment
