I wouldn't suppose anyone could suggest some good lower back stretches?

but I'd love any feedback anyone might have, I feel like I'm too young to have back issues like this, but it's been pretty annoying and I trust you guys to have some decent tips.

You have come to the right place. I had a serious lower back injury in 9th grade and went to physical therapy and all that for it. You need to stretch out your legs. That is a big part of it. However, you don't want to strain your back while stretching your legs.

So lay on your back and wrap a belt around your foot and stretch your hamstring straight up. Then (after you stretched both legs) wrap the belt around your foot and stretch your right leg to the left so it is almost horizontal to the ground. Do the same thing with the left leg.

Another good stretch is (I think it is called this) the camel back stretch. You get on all fours and hump your back and hold it, then arch your back (opposite of what you just did) and hold it. Also make sure you stretch your calves a lot.

Another thing is maybe buy new shoes with a good arch support. This helped me a ton

In my Bulls Association in 2k11, I traded for Carmelo Anthony so I have Rose, Melo, and Boozer. Went 21-8 in the regular season(29 game seasons). Game 1 of the 1st round of the Playoffs, vs the Knicks, I lose 120-112 and I had two players that scored 40+(Rose - 46, Melo - 44).

Probably the flukiest and wildest game I've ever played(fluky as no one could miss.. dudes were hitting the most ridiculous shots, hell Amare Stoudemire shot 16 of 19 with 2 three pointers ).

My roomates computer went down so he downloaded World of Warcraft on my laptop so he could play. Well I, against all instincts, decided to try it. Now I can understand why people could get addicted to this game. I still cant understand how people can pay a subscription to only play that game. Xbox live is one thing, but 15 dollars a month to play one game. No thanks.

Thanks, I'll definitely give this a shot. I tore the hell out of my back in Dec 09 (ironically right when I joined OS), I never went to the doctor though, despite being pretty much incapacitated for 2-3 weeks. It was brutal, but I recovered. Now this little "tweak" from today has me all worried, I don't want to go through what happened in '09 again (struggled to get dressed, shower, even going to the bathroom was an effort)

Now this little "tweak" from today has me all worried, I don't want to go through what happened in '09 again (struggled to get dressed, shower, even going to the bathroom was an effort)

Back injuries suck. It was the last type of injury I got from high school football. When I got home from the game I didn't feel anything for a couple hours. After that, I could barely get off the couch I was laying on. Still bothers me every once in in awhile to this day.

No problem. I've been there. I did it playing baseball during warm ups and I literally could not sit comfortably on the bench AT ALL. It was only sore most of the time but if I moved in a certain way, it felt like someone just took a sledgehammer to my back. I couldn't really walk that well (see: sledgehammer feeling) and I almost had to have surgery on it after consulting an orthapedic surgeon. I chose physical therapy instead and, while my back is nowhere near 100%, the therapy did wonders for me

I believe it. I wasn't even angry the guy at Wal-Mart wasn't helping me or my cousin but only because I was mesmerized by Toy Story 3 on all the TVs yesterday.
