 Re: Off Topic 2011

If it's someone you know it's because they'd rather just sell it to someone they know for a little less cash than take out ads or try to sell it on eBay or something. Less hassle and it helps out a friend. Win-win.Comment

 Re: Off Topic 2011

I am not impressed with electric cars. Only 99 miles on a single charge. Takes 13 hours to charge on a regular wall outlet. You can get a charge kit installed in your home for $2,000 but still it will take 3 to 4 hours to charge.

 NO THANK YOU.

No way that is going to catch on. What about all the people who live in apartment buildings ? How they going to charge their car ?Comment

Yeah, there won't ever be any innovations or improvements. Today's technology is going to remain the same forever. That's why we're listening to albums on cassette and watching movies on laserdisc.I am not impressed with electric cars. Only 99 miles on a single charge. Electric cars? No gas? No cost except electric bill? 99 miles a charge? 13 hours to charge?

This would make a fantastic errand car or town car. I only see a negative if you want to take a road trip...Comment

Another negative is for all the people who drive more then 100 miles a day to go to work. Or the millions of Vets who drive more then 100 miles a day to go the VA hospital.Comment
