A HVAC service man just left a voice-mail message saying he'd be coming by on Monday to service my heating and air unit at the apartment. I guess this is pretty routine for an apartment/townhouse considering this is the first I'm hearing about it?

We just had our annual Christmas luncheon. After we ate and went over some business related stuff the owner announced that some of employee's will be participating in a LSU vs. Alabama flag football game coached by Lee Corso and Chris Fowler on the Saturday before the BCS Championship game. Not seriously hurt or anything, just something simple and common like a blown ACL.
Also, I hope Corso does his "BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! That's the sound of the offense going in reverse!" line from the NCAA games when a penalty is called.Ryan Spencer
