Man I just ate probably the biggest dinner of my life 3 whole chicken breasts, more potatoes than I care to count, and a whole bowl of grape tomatoes. (keep in mind I'm naturally a very skinny guy and downing a lot of food is hard for me)

Loading up for a huge workout tomorrow, Operation "Get Shredded" is underway.

Wow you remind me of this female co-worker I use to have. She ate like a horse and ate candy like she was a fly, but yet she never got beyond 105 pounds.

I make an effort to keep myself in shape.


They sit around and eat. That's all they do. Watch football, and eat.

Well maybe you can convince them to change, if they don't, then hey at least you tried and just go on about your life. Eventually the older they get, the more health problems they are going to have and eventually going to be forced to change their habits for life or death reasons.

Yeah man I can't get past 140 lbs no matter what I try. Right now I've doubled my diet, and added a ton of protein. (diet largely consists of eggs, lean ground beef, salmon, and chicken) If this doesn't work I might have to triple, x4? my diet... Oh god I hope not as I think I might explode from that much food. (my metabolism is like the earth's inner core)

Just so tired of being freaking skinny, and getting no attention from the ladies. By this time next year I want to be able to just wear a T-Shirt and make girls scream, and if by any chance I happen to take my shirt off in their presence I want them to collapse.

Bout to order mad Pizza Hut (typically not a fan but I'm interested in their wings... chains usually suck but they say they're good so whatever) and watch the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles trilogy + the animated one with my brothers.

Worst day of the year. Christmas with my dad's side of the family.


They're all over weight, and talk about sports they know nothing about.

I know you're super young and generally ungrateful and all that, but if your 'worst day of the year" is having to spend time with your Dad's side of your family who's only offense seems to be that they eat and that they watch football, then you are a lucky sumbitch. There are plenty of people who don't even HAVE a "Dad's side of the family" to be around or bitch about. And there are plenty of people who don't have or have never had a Dad to be with during Christmas season.

So enjoy it. And if you don't want to enjoy it then I'm sure there are plenty of people who would willingly take your spot.

Eh I dunno in my experiences I've seen plenty of overweight, slightly on the chubby side guys that have girlfriends.

I rarely ever see skinny adult guys with a chick hanging on their bony shoulder? Only cases I see like that are highschool age teenager couples, where the guy is some Emo looking kid with long hair, or the Bieber cut.

It seems like something about skinny guys just turns women off, it's like it's unattractive for a male to be as skinny or skinnier then them. I've asked some women around my workplace and they tended to agree with me.

I'm not a natural eater, I literally have to wake up and force myself to down 3 eggs, and a toast in the morning. Before my diet consisted of a small bowl of cereal in the morning then going on nothing until a fast food junk dinner late at Night. Oh what a terrible diet.

It's weird though, some of foods you listed (eggs & chicken specifically) are foods I eat to try and keep my weight down. Maybe look into some lasagna? I go about 210 right now (at 5'11) but I'm more on the chubby side and would just like to have better shape overall, but I'm too lazy to really work out other than regular stuff I can do around the home. The basics like pushups & jumping jacks, I can't afford to go to a gym, and would probably have too much anxiety about going to one even if I could afford it, which sucks because I live literally right behind one. My apartment shares a parking lot with a restaurant too though, so it always smells like tasty dinner lol.
