                I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

                    I'm so torn between jobs, right now.

                    I'm really interested in this new job, but It took me two years to get where I'm at, with the other job. They have similarities, but the one my friend offered me pays a little better, with the possibility of getting even more hours (overtime). I just can't decide what I want, especially considering I just got a promotion at work and I'm still trying to learn my new area...

                    It's rare that I have the opportunity to be picky, because I've all ready got a job..

                                    It was said with every ounce of sarcasim I can muster up, been out of work for too damned long. The only things I got going, a few really good stories and a bunch of friends in the IT biz in Louisville. Until I get some kind of real job I'm going to keep snagging the occasional contract job.

                                        You know in movies when a character will light a Zippo or something and then toss it onto something to set it ablaze? How do they keep it lit when their thumb isn't on the fuel lever? Do some have this feature that I just don't know about?

                                            I've never seen a zippo that didn't go out unless the lid was closed regardless of if the lever was being pressed or not.
