I prefer Pepsi to Coke (Coke is awful imo). Whenever I go to a restuarant I ask them. Do you serve Coke or Pepsi? One waitress said, "what's the difference?" There's a BIG difference.

That reminds of last month when I was at a restaurant and I asked the waitress if they had Dr Pepper. She said something like "No, but we have Cherry Pepsi. It's the same thing". Umm no, it's not.

My Sociology class is planning on taking a field trip to a homeless shelter.

2 things:
1) I didn't know colleges did field trips.

Several of my biology classes went on field trips of sorts for different things.

I'm sick of the sky is falling feeling in the Madden forum. There's constructive criticism, but then there's the trolling/stupid posts like:

"OMG surprise oside isnt franchis! Maddn wil suk this yaer!"

That makes my blood boil.

Could somebody please translate that into English?

The Madden forum would be fixable if we all started posting in it.

I actually say coke and soda, but usually just coke. It's really just a regional thing. People from the south say coke. I picked up the term when I lived in Texas when I was a kid, but I'm not a "Southerner" just to be clear. Nor do I have a southern accent.

Anyway, don't wanna get into any religious debates that'll get this thing locked, but some guy just knocked on my door saying he's a "witness" and he wanted to read me part of the Bible. What!? I'm not religious and I had no idea what he was talking about. He kept asking me religious questions or asking if I knew this or that and he'd go onto read sections of the Bible. I sat there for 25-30 minutes with this guy before he gave me a book on why I should read the Bible. That was weird, but I didn't wanna be rude and tell him to go away.

I liked Madden too, I just don't play it much because of how much I love NCAAF this year.

It was worse when I "admitted" to liking MLB 2k10, which genuinely kept me entertained most of last summer, AND I'm a ps3 owner

I know very basic Intro to Visual Basic stuff, but that's the extent of my software development knowledge.

You guys should go in there and drop all sorts of knowledge. I'd be interested in reading some of the more technical stuff that goes into development.
