Holy ****. What a trooper. How do you do that and still smile for a half of a routine, let alone hold somebody up?

    Un. Real.
If I am not mistaken, a torn ACL affects lateral movement the most, which I do not believe cheerleaders do much of

Yeah, JNes, don't try and roll that off (heh eheh) as something minor.

        That is impressive.

Also, Jnes, what is your name? I'm sick of calling you Jnes.

          You said ACL?

EDIT: I'm not playing it off as minor, just saying that an ACL won't affect a cheerleader as much as it affects say, a pro athlete. And my name is Jon

It was an ACL, thats what i've been told. I was saying if most girls rolled their ankle they would not be able to go a half routine at 100%

Yeah still impressive, I hate when an athlete tears his ACL tho and just walks off the field with a slight limp making you think of no big deal until the next day they announce it's a torn ACL

If I tore my ACL doing anything I'd be on the ground in pain, not continuing what I was doing

That's actually not hard to do on a torn ACL. You can run on a torn ACL. Now when it comes to planting and sudden change of direction is when things go down hill.

reminds we of when that one gymnist that hurt her leg and still went out and helped clinch a gold medal for the US some years ago.

'A Game of Thrones' is perchance one of the best books I have ever read. I didn't think much on it, heard news of the HBO series, but hot damn was it a fine read.
