Ok, I'm seriously not joking... again NOT joking. But I thought Radford was an all girls school. Obviously not, but is there one that sounds similar that is?

According to Wikipedia, Radford did in fact used to be an all-girls school, and for a while it was considered the women's Virginia Tech. They began admitting men in 1972.

James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA also used to be all-girls.

Kri is right. It actually used to be affiliated with VT, but then spun off, became Radford School for Teachers, before allowing men in and becoming Radford College, then Radford University.

I think you mean menthol. Methanol is wood alcohol and can make you go blind because one of the breakdown products is formaledehyde and the enzyme needed to metablize formaldehyde is not present in the eyes because (I think) it would also break down the photopigments. Thus, the formaldehyde accumulates in the eyes and effectively embalms them.

You are probably right. Might be useful for firebreathers though.
