                                        It's about as bad as one of those double downs that one place had or maybe still has. The chicken on chicken with bacon and cheese and meat...sauce...or something disgusting.

                                                My brother at one point had a book called "Eat This, Not That" which basically is all about which fast food is in-some-sense acceptable from a nutritional standpoint and which should be avoided. The Double-Down by KFC (it still exists) actually didn't rate all that terribly, IIRC.

                                                From that same book, anything that specifically Burger King offers should be avoided.
