Just read a few post up about sleep. Anyone know if its possible to sleep to much. I got 10 hours the past two days and feel like crap all day. When I get 5 or 6 I feel fine though.

Yeah, I think you can sleep too much. I know that the times I've slept 11+ hours in a day, I'm actually much more tired compared to when when I sleep 6-8 hours.

Yea its sucks cause I work midnights and we did not stop running calls Friday night. So Saturday and Sunday I got 10 hours each and feel like crap. And for some reason I was wake up after like 6 hours of sleep and feel great when I get up. But if I fall back asleep I'm screwed trying to get up.

I used to house Caprisuns like it was my job. My only gripe now is that they're too small. I wish they'd just make giant 2 liter pouches

Too small my right eye. One pouch is enough for a nice refreshing beverage.

The Caprisun wasn't for tonight, that was just a impulse buy cause I ain't had any for a long while. It was fresh & hot chocolate chip cookies and a glass of ice cold milk for this kid.

I agree that they are too small but I dont think they are for us grown people. My nephew does just fine but I need like 2 of them.

Working at and used to going to this aftercare, I'm almost sick of caprisuns but they are good
