Well the realtor came over and it looks like the best we can hope for is 295K. Maybe a little less or a little more but nothing over 300K. That's not too bad in this economy and certainly more than what we paid for almost 8 yrs ago.

Elvis trading cards
Yearbooks (horrifying to flip through, lol)
Old McDonalds toys
Pearl Jam official bootleg CDs
Football and baseball "cards" of myself

It just kinda all hit me how much life is gonna be different in a month. One day I turn 18, the next day I graduate, and the next day I leave town for what will prolly be a long time as I go up to FSU for orientation then staying in Tampa with my parents till summer session starts

What a rude and cruel awakening tonight

So I watched the Jays game til they were leading by 7 runs and thought "well that looks to be sewn up" I go to bed and unfortunately I fell asleep in an awkward position where my right arm got numb. I couldn't fall back to sleep so I went to check the final score of the game and make a post on another message board.....Lo and behold I find out the Jays blew the game and now i'm not only getting over a numb arm but i'm PO'ed!

DAMNIT IT ALL TO HELL!!!

I guess that should teach me to watch the game from start to finish then again, i'd have to buy a new TV the way this game ended.

Yeah, I saw that. And there late inning collapse apparently prevented 10 road teams from winning on the same day for the 1st time since 1890 according to what Marino said on twitter. I remember the Pirates doing something similar once. They were leading 8-1 going into the 8th and lost 9-8.
