Heh got a final tonight in my political science at same time of heat game, friends are freaking out over finishing it right away so they can watch the game. Just got straight up told if I don't finish within 5 minutes they are gonna leave me. Yeah F that I'll just waste the gas and drive myself

I had a midterm at 12 when Michigan played Tenn at 12:40 in the tournament. I told myself no matter what, I was leaving at 12:30. Got done exactly at 12:30 and got a B.

Just had my first HOT shower in 6 days. It was awesome.

I'll never take having electricity for granted, again!


In the future, I'd like to see about investing in a Natural Gas water heater.. lol.

I know the feeling. I've been without power for almost a week two different times in the past few years. Once when I was living in Mobile, AL during Katrina and again when I just moved to Baton Rouge during Gustav. It sucked especially, since both were in August and the temperature was in the high 90s. It's easy to take things like electricity for granted but, when you go without it you realize who much you miss it.

But, look on the bright side Chase.. They're telling my parents that they will be without power for at least a month possibly two. Because most all of the power poles are gone.

Yeah I'd do the same for any of my teams but Its different when your driving your friends, not really much of a friend if your gonna leave just because it took me a few extra minutes
