Re: Off Topic 2011
Not until a few years later. I just had my walkman at the time.
Have we done a "first cassette/CD you bought" thread on OS? I tried to do a search but didn't find anything.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2011
I hate admitting this, but I think my first tape was Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. I'm struggling to remember the other candidates for 1st tape, brain is getting foggy. Arrested Development (the one with Tennessee) was up there, plus Dr. Dre (the chronic)... I wish I still had my cassette case now so I could think of which came first.

Re: Off Topic 2011
It's funny how my music interests changed. My first cassettes were mostly rap and hip hop, but my first 3 CDs were Alice in Chains (self titled), Bush (Sixteen Stone), and Cracker (Kerosine Hat).Wolverines Wings Same Old Lions Tigers Pistons Erika ChristensenComment

Re: Off Topic 2011
I don't think my music interests have really changed just my preferences, when I was young it was all about Disney music and so, then rock/pop, now mainly rap. I'm ok with most types of music now besides metal and country, although some country is alrightSaints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment
