I remember my entire playbook from highschool team. Minus the pass trees, I could draw them all versus every set. Sometime I miss playing, then I remember training camp.

Lmao yeah one year I missed 2 a days due to my knee and that was probably my most enjoyable year due to missing that brutalness of a week. Made up for it later in the year when we lost in JV that year 48-0, did 5 miles worth of spring where we sprint 10 yards then keep adding 10 until we get to 100 and bring it back then 150 up downs.

• Shifts- As a LB, the HB goes a certain direction, left right or downfield. first one there wins

My JV year we went undefeated but tied twice (no OT in our league?). When we tied the coach went ****ing bat**** crazy. He went so far as to break his leg during one of his tirades. He was trying to show us Olinemen how to block somebody so me being the biggest guy, I had to be the test dummy as he was pushing me back 10 yards. Somewhere along the way his 5'6" body buckled and the next day he came to practice in crutches and spent the rest of the year driving around the field in a golf kart screaming his *** off. Worst month ever!

My my favorite drill of all time was the Indian Run.
