Steal an ambulance. And then use it to ironically hurt people.

My friend got into an accident with an emergency mode ambulance last week. They assisted him on the spot which is lucky on one hand, unlucky with his insurance which doesnt take kindly to emergency vehicle crashes.

I wonder if the people that ambulance was rushing to help actually got assisted in time

My friend got a bill from the city for the ambulance repairs. Sweet Jesus ambulances are expensive.
