I don't expect perfection. I do expect for EA employees to do lengthy tests on games before they go out to the public. Some of these bugs/glitches are hard to believe they didn't get noticed.

I really don't want to bring EA Sports and all of their problems to OT, but this seems like the only place where you can have a sane conversation with other gamers.

I don't have a problem talking EA Sports in here, like you said we can have rational conversation.

Here's how I look at games: If I don't see something as a "glitch", it doesn't bother me.

Case in point: Either Madden 10 or 11, running backs in the flats would run out of bounds on their own. I noticed it at first, but it never bothered me until I read somewhere about the "Running back in the flats glitch". Then it just became more profound and stuck out like a sore thumb--when it didn't before.

No, I'm staying as far away from this meltdown-waiting-to-happen as possible. I mean, I'm not going to follow it with my personal account... that just seems like it will be all sorts of terrible. I'm also not going to open a more professional account just for this because it'll be a waste of my time.

My guess is that it's not even going to go much of anywhere, so I'll just sit out.
