I got over Halloween a long time ago. I prolly would have came up with something for a costume and gone too a party this weekend but half my friends are with their parents for parents weekend and other half out of town.

Was gonna be Dwight Schrute or Sean Payton/Drew Brees. Cause those required the least amount of $$

I don't know how it's suddenly cooler to eat, but it's definitely what I would consider a trend these days. Might not be different out there, but it is here in KC. We've had new cupcake companies starting business and older stores expanding, not to mention all the regular bakeries that have improved/expanded their cupcake selection. Sounds ridiculous, but it's true.

Five years ago I don't think I could have told you were a single cupcake store was in KC (If they even existed), now I can tell you where five of them are, and I'm sure there are many I don't know about.
