A 10-year-old trick-or-treater in South Carolina allegedly pulled a pistol on a woman who joked about stealing his sack of Halloween candy.

The unidentified woman, 28, told Aiken police that she was out in her neighborhood on Monday night when she spotted some boys she knew going door to door to ask for sweets and teased that she was going to swipe their loot, The Augusta Chronicle reported.

But the spoof turned sour when one boy pulled a 9-mm pistol and said, "No you're not," police said.

Cops said the gun wasn't loaded, but the boy had a loaded clip tucked away in his costume. His brother, also 10, also had a gun.

The boy who pulled the gun was taken to a local police station, before being turned over to his parents, the Chronicle said.

Lt. David Turno told the newspaper that the boys swiped the guns from their grandfather.

See, this is why I will never be handing out candy, I already know where this is going. Open your door asking the kids if they want candy and BAM! 7 year old girl in a fairy costume is sticking you up with a glock for all the candy you have and your dignity.

These kids were definitely making sure they weren't getting jacked this year for their candy. Pretty obvious somebody must have been jacking kids for their candy over the years if they both were packing.

Nahhh, I've trick or treated with an airsoft gun before, but never an actual firearm. I know a few people that have though (as I said above)...

Breaking news.....a lot of parents admit they helped their kids lie about their age to make a Facebook page. Yes, for some reason this was big news story on tv a few minutes ago.

Had me thinking, as though a kid couldn't lie on their own and say they were 13 ? It also had me thinking, kids were doing it in the 90s when yahoo messenger came out, then they did the same thing when Myspace came out.

That's why I don't get the age requirements for websites. I mean, how can they possibly enforce that?

Oh God....does that mean neon colors and zubaz pants will be back in style?

To be honest......the NFL hasn't had a good halftime show since the Janet Jackson incident YEARS ago. Ever since then it has been whack.

There is a difference between good, mediocre, bad, horrific, WTF, and then Nickleback.

I may not watch the game for being in fear of maybe watching a minute of Nickleback.
