Today I missed a bus to get home because I was waiting for an old lady to get off the bus but inmediately after that the bus left. Luckly the next bus arrived five minutes later.

I went to Taco Bell for lunch.

I'll preface this by saying, I usually get great service..

I got to the window to pay and she asked if I needed sauce. She returned my card and asked.again and then another girl opens the window to ask if I need sauce. I noticed they were looking at me funny.. then they brought my food. I get back to work and I still didn't get any sauce... wtf.

They were actually pretty good looking. Not the typical Taco Bell employee.. I was taken aback when I got to the window and wasn't greeted by 'butch'.

Been raining all day and we've got severe storms on the way. I've got a committee meeting scheduled at 1.. id like to go home but I'm the committee leader and this years Christmas party is up to me... been calling catering companies and DJs all day. We've got almost 13,000$ in the fund, but I don't plan on spending anywhere near that.

How much is too much to be paying for cable?

I always see guys on here complaining about the price and talking about dropping it. I pay $72/month for Comcast HD DVR, on demand, and high speed internet (well, not their highest). But I have all the sports channels, minus NFL Redzone, but including NFL Network, NBA TV, ESPN Classic, ESPNU, etc. And I also complained and have gotten them to add Showtime and HBO for free.

Is that reasonable? I feel like it is. I'm under a promotion though.

All the fast food workers in my town are young blonde high school or early college age females. By the time they hit junior year in college, they go to working at Chili's. When they get passed 25 and their looks start to fade, they go to working at Walmart, Kmart or Price Chopper for the rest of their lives.

Awee the cycle of small town life for females up here.

Cable prices depend on what state and what city or town you live in. My sister lives in the suburbs of Chicago and pay to close to $200 a month. I live in a very small town in Vermont and pay $80 a month for the exact same package she has.

That's a good price for everything you're getting. And the only reason you're getting it is because it's under a promotion. They usually stall on jacking the prices back up, oddly, so you may be paying that for an extra 2 or 3 months.

We pay close to that for JUST internet now. They have steadily risen the prices... We dropped cable TV about 2 years ago. Totally NOT worth it. It sucks sometimes only being able to watch CBS, FOX, NBC, Weather, ABC, or whatever local programming (no Flyers games ... but I see the NFL games), but it's not worth shelling out an extra 50 or 60 bucks a month to watch ESPN or something.

Friendlies have fell off recently.....It is over ran by the fresh out the joint chicks. Plus a good number of them are closed now.

By far the best looking females work at Chili's in this town. JC Pennys and Pizza Hut would be second and third.
