    Sight.

If I HAD to lose one, it would be taste. Then you could eat a 100% healthy diet and never have a need to eat junk food.

I watched an episode of House where some teenage girl had this. I don't know how medically accurate it was, but they said how she couldn't feel when she had to go to the bathroom. If that's true, I cannot imagine how badly that would suck.

I would say touch is #1, but then I'd be deaf and blind and I wouldn't even want to live.

I'd probably go with sight but touch is an extremely close 2nd. Not being able to feel the warmth and love of someone close to you would be tough to live without.

My exact same train of thought. haha Being a graphic designer, I'd assume seeing would be the most beneficial to keep.

Sight. And I'm with others that if I had to give one up, it'd be taste. I'd save so much money and be one of the healthiest human beings alive.

good point. I didn't really look at it that way.

Losing my hearing would be the worst for me. As others have said not being able to listen to music would be to much to take. Music has been a huge part of my life since early childhood. Being a drummer for 35 years, a day has not gone by that I do not listen to music or play music. It would suck to lose my sight, but I could still play my drums without it, I would miss the heck out of video games though. Touch, smell, taste, no biggie. I lost my sense of taste for about 5 months during my radiation treatments in 2006. Eating food was like eating metal flavored cardboard, if that makes any sense. It came back though.

I'd have to go with sight. But as others have mentioned losing any of them would make life really difficult. I really feel for the people who have to deal with this on a daily basis.
