I find it hard to have that little awareness of your surroundings even if you're texting. Tripping onthe stairs or walking into a pole maybe, but into a whole fountain is just sad. Hilarious though at least.

LOL I don't feel bad for her at all. I hate going to the mall and having to weave around people who are texting on their phone and have no clue of their surroundings.

I like how she gets up and walks off all cool like nothing happened lol.

Another example of a frivolous lawsuit from irresponsible people clogging up the courts. Ridiculous. Next time, pay attention to what you're doing. What are you going to do next, sue someone for not getting out of your way when you cause an accident because you were playing with your cell phone instead of watching the road?
