Re: Man murders over 100 dogs in Canada
I can tell a man pinned in an overturned vehicle whose screaming.....to stop whining like a bitch...but one little whimper from a dog....and it breaks my heart.
Okay...that's a bit evil. Sorry.

Knight, I'm with you.
I've seen people die and it didn't bother me at all.
I saw a dead dog with hole in the side from a bullet and I almost started crying.SOS Madden League (PS4) | League Archives

See, that's just crazy to me. I own a dog but I can't understand why people put animals on such a high pedestal, especially over humans?Comment

I saw a guy die in a training accident when I was in the military. I'd be lying if I said it didn't bother me. Stuff like that sticks with you.Comment

Re: Man murders over 100 dogs in Canada
It's hard to find a dog of that low caliber.
I call 'em like I see 'em.
Good people > or = good dogs
Sucky people < dogs.
There are a lot of sucky people.
For instance...I feel pretty terrible that those dogs were slaughtered for no reason.... Those guys had no problem making money off of those dogs and used them....fine...but to me, if you take on an animal of any sort...you become responsible for them...and to more of an extent than slaughtering them when they no longer suit your needs.
Now, if a piano was to fall from the sky and crush those guys or they fell into a ice fishing hole never to be seen again...I might not be happy about it....but knowing what they did....I'm not thinking twice about them either.
I don't think I'm putting them on a "high pedestal" per se, but there is no reason to treat them in a horrific manner either.
So...I think you're actually asking the wrong question.
It shouldn't be about holding animals in high esteem...but how people can treat them poorly.

Well....to be quite honest.....a lot of "humans" are just plain disgusting....as humans(and I'm not talking cleanliness)....and are pretty easy to "not be fond of"
