I decided to make this post in the wake of my recent insomnia. as of right now i have been up for 27 hours straight i was a bit baffled that i made it through the day.

40 some hours this summer. It sucked so much. I was sick so my sinuses were all stuffed up and I couldn't breathe through my nose. I must have gone through 6 tubes of chapstick.

3 days on deployment in 2008. It sucked.

I've been able to pull 24 hours back in middle school playing the N64. Then I passed out HARD.

36 hours.

Woke up at 11am. Was awake all day. Decided to pull an all nighter to write an essay. Played MLB: 10 The Show instead all night. Went to breakfast at 7am, wrote my essay around 9am. Class at 10, wanted to take a nap before my 4pm class, but couldn't for some reason, then almost fell asleep in class but teacher kept like clapping or something so I wasn't able to sleep. Got back to my dorm and wanted to sleep, but couldn't. Finally fell asleep at midnight. So thats like 37

I think about 30 hours, during one of our marathon sessions of Halo 1 when I was in high school.

32+ hours or so with only a few hours of sleep before the 30 hour stretch. I was in taking 15 credit hours, working 40 hours a week and still trying to keep up on my social life.

I worked a shift until midnight on friday and then traded shifts with a guy on Saturday Morning at 4:30am so I could have Saturday night off. So I went out on Thursday night until about 2am, got up at 6:30 on Friday to go to my 8am class, went straight to work from classes at 3pm, worked until midnight, rented a movie, grabbed a 40 and a sub, left for work again at 4am, wiorked until 1pm, and then went home crashed until 7pm and then drove an hour to my gf's house.

Telephone poles were bouncing accross the road on my way home. Crazy stuff when you get that tired.

In the hospital I went 25- 30 hours without sleep because I was resting all day.

I once stayed up for about 30 hours. Consequently, I slept for about 12 hours.

Last quarter I stayed up 34 or 35 hours because I decided to pull an all nighter to write a paper I shoulda written earlier. I slept for 17 hours after that, talk about some nice sleep.

44ish in college with finals, a final project, and then after all that was a big fraternity party. After that I crashed for over 12 hours. Never again, that was rough.
