So one of my bestfriends walked on to the SELU football team as a running back. He was not there when they got fitted for jerseys or picked numbers, so he got the raw end of the deal. He is probably 6'1" 200-210.

The Jersey is a LARGE.

Amy, Navy, and LSU are the clear class of the pro combats. I love that Navy helmet. I also like how the cleats and socks for Army are representing the boots they wear. I think I'd enjoy MSU's more with different color pants. Damn the helmet Stanford, but I love the number font. OSU, meh.

And last but now least, LSU's gloves should glow in the dark.

MSU's would've looked better with green pants - they look like Oregon's previous uniform set as is.

As I've posted in the other uniform threads, the lettering on MSU's PCs is "Come And Get Them" in Greek. Which the more I think about it, may be an ill attempt at referencing 300. The scene where they kill a bunch of Persians and put them in the wall, and tell the other Persians "If you want them back, come and get them!" or something like that. Or I could just be rambling about something that isn't even true.

LSU's is so close to perfect. Get rid of the funky **** around the collar, and the stuff under the arms and it'd be 100% perfect. As is, I still like it.

The quote was reportedly said by King Leonidas in the battles as presented in the film. But remember, the 300 movie was kind of based off of historical records. So the quote is more of a reference to history first, the movie second.

Oh ok. Makes sense. And I'm positive it's Ancient Greek. Because for the record, I translated it from Current Greek to English, and it literally means "Moles played a major role". If you go to Google Translate, pick Greek to English, type in Molon Labe, click on the "Did you mean..." thing. I lol'd when I saw what it meant.

None of the PC's really stand out this year to me. The last couple years all the PC's had a certain wow factor to them, whether it was good or bad, this year they're all just really bland. They look good for the most part, but nothing special.

Just saw the new PC's. Nike needs to be stopped. Outside of LSU they all look terrible. Michigan State's are the worst.

I wish they'd stop dressing OSU in clown suits every year, and calling them "throwbacks". My hate for PC uniforms only gets worse every year, as they get even uglier and uglier. And whoever is in charge of Okaying stuff like this at OSU needs a good smack.
